1 Eligibility and Account Registration

The i8my platform is open to individuals aged 18 and above only. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the i8my platform. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. i8my reserves the right at any time to request identity verification (KYC) from any member, and users are required to cooperate fully, including uploading valid identification documents.

2 Account Security and Password

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. i8my recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with anyone. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security — this feature is available free of charge to all i8my members.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact our support team immediately. i8my will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

I8my accepts a variety of deposit methods including direct bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank) and digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay).
